The marine farms where it is raised, located in the waters of Burriana (Castellón), have starred in the first stop of this interesting day that has culminated with the tasting of various recipes made with the product.

Once disembarked, the group has gone to the processing plant, located a few minutes from the cultivation centers, where it has assisted the classification of the pieces and the different types of handling that are carried out for the commercialization of Corvina REX.

The experience has been completed with a workshop on the GASMA university campus in which everyone has put on their apron and demonstrated their skill in the kitchen.

There, Decasa distributors have participated in a showcooking offered by one of the center’s trainers in which two raw recipes, a sashimi and a ceviche, both made with Corvina REX have been prepared.

This last recipe, a classic dish of those made with the specie, has been with which the guests have tested their culinary skills, finally tasting these and other specialties of GASMA kitchens.

Those responsible for the campus have wanted to show visitors their facilities with a tour in which they have been able to enjoy its large and beautiful garden, its orchard and its underground cellar full of history.
